Stakeholders

Stakeholder groups are the organised interests in the game, such as trade unions, business lobbies, political movements and industries. Each group has a score that reacts to every policy. The score is a weighted average of the reactions of the individual voters who make up the group, so a policy that is popular with those voters is also popular with the group. Each era has its own list of stakeholder groups. This page lists every group in every era and names the voters that carry the most weight in each.

The Fifties

AFL-CIO

Organized labour at its peak — the muscle of the New Deal coalition in the industrial states.
