By using Fantasy President Career or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operators of Fantasy President Career.
Fantasy President Career is in active development. The Early Access subscription gives you full access to the game as it exists today, including all new features as they're added. You can cancel anytime. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
We intend to release a one-time purchase option later in 2026. The price has not been set and will reflect the cost of operating the game's AI infrastructure. When launched, the subscription will remain available as an alternative.
Plans are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our pricing model, including the decision to offer or not offer a one-time purchase option, at our discretion.
We intend to maintain game servers through 2030. The game relies on third-party AI services which carry ongoing operational costs.
In the event that we are unable to continue operating the service, all paying users — both subscribers and one-time purchasers — will receive the full source code and self-hosting documentation via the email address associated with their account, within 30 days of discontinuation. Self-hosting requires the user to provide and fund their own AI API access. The source code is provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or used for commercial purposes.
All game content, code, design, and associated materials are the intellectual property of the operators of Fantasy President Career. Your subscription or purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the game or its components, except where source code is explicitly provided under Section 4.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the game. The game depends on third-party AI infrastructure which may experience downtime, changes in pricing, or discontinuation outside our control.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the game at any time, which may temporarily affect availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of Fantasy President Career shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or service interruptions, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Early Access is a subscription that can be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds for subscription periods already paid, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If we permanently discontinue the service, users with active subscriptions at the time of discontinuation will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining days of their current billing period.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription or make any payment. Users under 18 may use the free tier of the game but may not enter into paid agreements without parental or guardian consent.
We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service: your email address and authentication data (via Clerk), payment information (processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store your card details), and your game save data. We use this data solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
By using the service, you consent to this data being processed. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us via our Discord server.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes affecting pricing or your rights, we will notify users via email or in-game notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
